What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantity order is one full 40ft container / full truck load.
You can mix and match different products as long as they are from the same category – for example you can mix different types of tires in the same container or different types of guards or different truck parts. You can not mix different categories such as tires with parts as they come from different suppliers.
Lead times differ based on the category. For the tires,  first order will be delivered within a week/ten days from the order time and every subsequent order will take approximately 3 months from the order to delivery. Guards and truck parts take 3 months approximately from the order to delivery.
Yes – we offer limited time warranty on all our products in relation to quality, craftsmanship, mileage and you can review these warranties in resource section of our website for more in-depth information.
Tires payment terms can be processed on 30/60 terms (10% deposit at time of the order/40% of balance after 30 days/50% balance on 60th day) if our trade insurance approves your company. Guards and truck parts payment terms are 40/60 (40% of the balance upfront/60% of the balance at the time the product is finished and ready to be shipped).
All the invoices/contracts and payments are done and made directly with ProTire & Parts Group LLC domestically at the major US bank. We use JP Morgan Chase Bank for all our business needs.
After the initial discussions the next step would be selections of the products and quantity based on which the final pricing and product mix will be discussed and finalized. Next step would be creation of the estimated invoice and contract for your review. Upon your approval documents will be signed and payment terms will be set. Since all our offerings are on DDP terms we would handle all the paperwork and delivery to your final destination with hassle free purchase process. During the manufacturing process we will update you regularly with information, videos and photos of your products to keep you in the loop of various stages and updates.
We provide full service with all the administrative and logistical support from order to delivery, however the unloading of the product at final destination is the responsibility of the buyer. We do provide a 2–3 hour window from the arrival of the product to be unloaded and of course you will be notified days in advance of when the product will be delivered.
ProTire & Parts Group LLC is a wholesaler and most of our customers are fleets and commercial mechanic shops that either use our products for their own needs or for resale. If you can provide us with Sales Exempt Certificate and/or Resale Certificate we will not charge you a sales tax on top of the quoted prices.
We would be more than happy to assist you with this rather complicated piece. First step would be for you to select all the products that you need/have interest in, based on that we can create an optimal selection of number of pieces for each product that can fit into one container so that you can have a little bit of everything instead of just one product at the time.
